Sales Engineer – HVAC

• Generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Promote and sell HVAC Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
• Identify and secure new clients across commercial, residential and industrial sectors.
• Conduct site visits to assess customer requirements.
• Prepare technical and commercial quotations, primarily for AMC contracts and small HVAC projects.
• Follow up on quotations and negotiate with clients to successfully close sales.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of awarded jobs.
• Maintain records of leads, quotations, sales activities and customer interactions.
• Identify new market opportunities and contribute to business growth

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of HVAC sales experience, preferably in Oman or the GCC.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, maintenance services and AMC contracts.
• Experience preparing technical and commercial quotations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a startup environment.
• Valid Omani driving license is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365
