Sales Engineer (HVAC)

Description of Job Role and Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities by promoting our [product/service] to potential clients.

• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and product updates.
• Provide technical support to clients, addressing their inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction with our products.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Stay abreast of product developments and updates.
• Train and educate clients on the features and benefits of our products.
• Develop and deliver compelling presentations to showcase the technical aspects and advantages of our solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical workshops for clients.
• Prepare accurate and detailed quotations in collaboration with the sales and technical teams.
• Create proposals that align with clients' needs and expectations.
• Generate regular sales reports, outlining achievements, challenges, and future strategies.
• Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities. Experience and Skills required: • 2-4 years in Air conditioning, Dehumidification Systems, Desiccant Wheel based units, Climate Control systems, Air treatment concepts & HVAC applications or Compressor, Dryer.
• Customer relationships, Managing sales team, marketing and sales.
