Sales Engineer HVAC

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and manage sales enquiries generated by the marketing team.
• Contact customers promptly to understand their HVAC product requirements.
• Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and technical benefits to customers.
• Prepare and share quotations based on customer requirements.
• Follow up regularly with customers on submitted quotations and pending enquiries.
• Coordinate with the technical team to provide suitable HVAC solutions.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed orders and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Maintain proper records of enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and order status.
• Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and delivery updates.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers to generate repeat business.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
