Sales Engineer – HVAC (VRF/Chiller /Large Split)

About the role

Midea Building Tech. Thailand is expanding the HVAC Sales team and looking for experienced sales professionals across VRF, Chiller, Large Split and Commercial HVAC solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new customers and project opportunities for HVAC solutions
• Promote and sell VRF, Chiller, Large Split and related Commercial HVAC solutions
• Manage relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, owners, dealers and other project stakeholders
• Identify new projects and follow opportunities from initial approach through negotiation and order closing
• Prepare quotations, commercial proposals and sales presentations
• Coordinate with Application, Technical, Project and After-Sales teams to provide suitable solutions for customers
• Monitor sales pipeline, project progress, market trends and competitor activities
• Achieve assigned sales targets and support overall business growth

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related field
• Experience in Sales Engineering, Project Sales, B2B Sales or HVAC-related sales
• Experience in VRF, VRV, Chiller, Large Split, Commercial Air Conditioning or related HVAC products is highly preferred
• Strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, project owners or HVAC dealers are an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship management skills
• Able to travel for customer visits and project meetings
• Good command of Thai and English
