About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer to drive business growth within assigned industrial market segments. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, providing technical consultation, and achieving sales targets through value-based solution selling.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop sales activities within assigned industry segments.
• Achieve annual sales growth targets in line with the company's strategic objectives.
• Engage with customers to understand their technical and operational requirements and provide appropriate engineering solutions.
• Promote products, services, and application solutions through a consultative sales approach.
• Provide professional technical advice and recommendations to customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with end-users, EPC contractors, and engineering companies.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, markets, and customer accounts.
• Prepare sales forecasts, manage budgets, and deliver revenue targets for the assigned industry sector.
• Conduct customer visits and presentations on a regular basis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in industrial products, engineering solutions, or related industries.
• Experience working with EPC contractors and engineering companies is highly preferred.
• Experience in multinational companies (European or US organizations) is an advantage.
• Strong command of both written and spoken English.
