Sales Engineer / Interior Designer

We are looking for a Sales Engineer / Interior Designer who combines design talent with sales skills. You will meet clients, develop interior design concepts and technical solutions, prepare quotations, and close sales, delivering projects that meet client expectations and company targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet clients to understand their requirements, budget, and style preferences.
• Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert them into confirmed orders.
• Develop design concepts, layouts, mood boards, and material and finish selections.
• Prepare 2D drawings and 3D renders using AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar tools.
• Prepare technical specifications, BOQs, and shop drawings where required.
• Prepare accurate quotations and cost estimates, and coordinate pricing and lead times with suppliers.
• Present design concepts persuasively, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet sales targets.
• Coordinate with contractors, workshops, and the site team during execution, including site visits and measurements.
• Update CRM and prepare regular sales and pipeline reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in interior design sales, fit-out, furniture, or a related field.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Good knowledge of materials, finishes, and fit-out processes.
• Good communication in English; Arabic is Must.
• UAE market experience is preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Knowledge of FF&E selection and sourcing
