What you'll be doing?

• Identify Opportunities: Discover and develop new business opportunities in BMS, EMS, and HVAC solutions.
• Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their technical needs and propose customized solutions.
• Technical Presentations: Deliver compelling technical presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal engineering teams to support solution design and implementation.
• Technical Support: Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to ensure client satisfaction.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Market Monitoring: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

Who are they looking for?

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Sales Engineering or Technical Sales.
• Technical Exposure: Exposure to BMS, EMS, HVAC, or Building Automation systems is highly preferred.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently present to clients.
• Technical Translation: Ability to translate technical concepts into practical business solutions.
• Self-Driven: Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Travel Willingness: Willing to travel for client meetings.
