Sales Engineer ( Lab Testing - HSK5 )

Main Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales plans and revenue targets.
• Identify potential clients, develop new business opportunities, and expand the customer base.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers through regular follow-ups and annual review meetings.
• Develop account plans and collaborate with the sales coordinator to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Contact both existing and prospective clients according to the sales plan.
• Prepare and submit quotations and proposals to clients promptly.
• Follow up on pending quotations and ensure timely receipt of purchase orders (P/O) from clients.
• Respond quickly and professionally to client inquiries and requirements.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, rules, and ethical standards at all times.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineer or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in sales or a related area (new graduates are welcome to apply).
• Strong ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Capable of working independently and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; able to engage confidently with clients, suppliers, and management at all levels.
• Decisive and proactive; able to make sound decisions and adapt under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to challenge the status quo.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and own a car, with the ability to travel to visit clients as required.
• Fluent in English and Thai (both written and spoken).
