Sales Engineer (Machinery)

• Salary Range: $2500 - $3500
• Established Machinery industry
• Working Location: West
• Working Days & Hours: Mon - Fri (8am - 5pm), Sat (8am - 12pm)

Your Role, Your Influence:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the machinery sector, maintaining a robust sales pipeline and achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Conduct technical assessments and needs analysis with prospective clients to determine the most suitable machinery solutions for their requirements
• Prepare detailed quotations and technical proposals that clearly articulate the value proposition and functionality of machinery products
• Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations to clients, explaining complex machinery features and operational benefits
• Provide technical support during the sales process, collaborating with engineering and product teams to address customer concerns and customisation requests
• Manage the entire sales lifecycle from initial inquiry through contract negotiation and order placement
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, acting as a trusted technical advisor and point of contact
• Gather market feedback and customer insights to inform product development and marketing strategies
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and documentation as required to maintain accurate records and performance metrics
