About the role
ARYA Consultant is currently looking for a Sales Manager for our client, a growing engineering and EPCC company serving the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, Renewable Energy, and industrial sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and strategic accounts
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients
- Manage sales pipeline, project opportunities, and business forecasts
- Lead proposal, tender, and commercial negotiation processes
- Work closely with Engineering, Project, Supply Chain, and other internal teams
- Lead and develop the Business Development/Sales team
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related fields
- 10+ years of experience in Business Development, Technical Sales, Sales Engineering, or Account Management
- Experience in EPCC, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, Renewable Energy, or related industries
- Minimum 3 years in a managerial or sales leadership role
- Strong experience in tender management, commercial negotiation, and corporate client management
- Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and presentation skills
- Good command of English
