What they need
- Lead sales, marketing, and business development activities for automotive cable products.
- Develop new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and potential new business.
- Manage customer requirements, quotations, negotiations, and sales targets.
- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase business growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and monitor market trends.
- Coordinate with internal teams to provide appropriate technical and commercial solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Engineering / Technical Sales, preferably at Manager level.
Experience in automotive manufacturing, automotive components, cable, or related industries.
Strong leadership, negotiation, customer relationship, and business development skills.
Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus.
Based in Surabaya / East Java.
