Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify sales leads within the Chinese-speaking market segment, utilising networking, market research, and direct outreach strategies
• Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, explaining packaging solutions and their benefits in Mandarin
• Provide pre-sales technical support and consulting to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate packaging solutions
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Chinese-speaking clients, acting as their primary technical contact and trusted advisor
• Prepare detailed quotations, proposals, and technical specifications tailored to client needs
• Collaborate with the internal technical team to ensure products meet client specifications and quality standards
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends within the Chinese-speaking segment to identify opportunities
• Achieve sales targets and revenue objectives as set by management
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, negotiations, and sales activities using CRM systems
• Support post-sale activities including follow-up, technical assistance, and customer satisfaction initiatives

Requirements :

• Minimum Associate Degree (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering majors are preferred

• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese both spoken and written (Mandatory)

• Proficiency in English – Required for documentation, internal communication, and interaction with international stakeholders

• Fresh graduates or candidates with workin experience in a technical sales or sales engineering role, preferably in the packaging industry

• Excellent communication, persuasive, and negotiation skills.

• Capable of achieving sales targets set by the company.

• Able to analyze sales data and formulate sales strategies.

• Strong teamwork skills and ability to maintain good relationships with clients.

• Capable of delivering effective sales presentations.

• Good time management and flexibility.

• Good manners and positive attitude.
