Sales Engineer - Multiple Openings

• Location: Shah Alam / Subang Jaya / Kuala Lumpur / Johor / Bayan Lepas, Penang

Job Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell technical products, systems and solutions to business customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct sales calls, customer visits and product demonstrations.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and tender documents, and follow up on sales enquiries.
• Achieve sales targets and develop business within the assigned territory.
• Monitor market trends, identify new opportunities and gather customer feedback.
• Coordinate with internal engineering and other departments to support customers and provide after-sales service.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain good customer relationships.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.

• Experience in technical sales, equipment sales, building automation, HVAC or manufacturing solutions is an advantage.

• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales and technical products are welcome to apply.

• Good communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Self-motivated, proactive and target-driven, with a willingness to learn.

• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Possess own transport and a valid driving license (the role required to travel to respective location)
