Job Summary:
Join a growing business development team and help drive sales growth by building strong customer relationships and identifying new market opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through sales leads, cold calling, networking, and customer engagement activities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable product solutions.
• Prepare quotations and tender submissions, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure compliance with internal approval processes and company policies.
• Coordinate order processing, project handovers, and deliveries to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer, project, and sales activity records within the CRM system and monitor performance against sales objectives.
• Conduct market research and monitor industry developments, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
• Support customer presentations, seminars, trade exhibitions, and other sales and marketing initiatives.
• Provide regular customer follow-up and support to maintain long-term customer satisfaction, including monitoring outstanding payments when required.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and proactive in achieving business objectives.
• Able to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
• No experience is required; training will be provided.
• 1 to 2 years of relevant sales, business development, or customer-facing experience is an added advantage.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Customer-focused with good problem-solving and relationship management abilities.
