Sales Engineer (North/ EV Charging Solutions)

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of EV charging solutions and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure a positive sales experience.
• Develop tailored proposals and solutions that create value for customers.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues effectively to support customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and execute sales plans, including regular pipeline reviews and recovery actions.
• Conduct marketing activities, customer presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Identify new business opportunities and support market expansion initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales and project objectives.
• Manage sales administration processes and support project management and collection activities when required.
• Prepare commercial and technical proposals, ensuring accuracy in financial and technical requirements.
• Participate in contract discussions and negotiations with customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in B2B sales, technical sales, or solution sales.
• Experience working with OEMs, System Integrators (SI), and end users is an added advantage.
• Experience in tendering and project management is an added advantage.
• Competency in DWG and AutoCAD is an added advantage.
