Key responsibilities

• Identify new project opportunities
• Develop Sales strategies and coordinate with Project team for solutions aligned with project needs
• Build relationships with external parties (developers, contractors, consultants)
• Negotiate price offers and contracts
• Ensure effective communication between internal team and external parties
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Address obstacles that may arise during project implementation
• Create project progress reports and sales forecasts
• Manage contract documentation and quotation letters
• Use AI for analysis of various project work
