Sales Engineer, SEA

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned market.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customer accounts.
• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
• Prepare sales proposals and coordinate quotation activities.
• Conduct technical discussions with customers, system integrators, and business partners.
• Provide technical clarification and support throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate closely with internal engineering and service teams to address customer requirements.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up.
• Travel regionally, approximately 25%–40%, for customer site visits, business meetings, and industry events.

Requirements

• Strong sales engineering and technical support capabilities, with the ability to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent technical experience.

• Experience with rotating equipment, compressors, or process industry applications is highly advantageous.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with sales management systems such as SAP C4C.

• Willing to travel within the region and work with international customers and stakeholders.
