Sales Engineer (Semiconductor / Electronic Components)

• Position: Sales Engineer (Semiconductor / Electronic Components)
• Location: Ubi
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $6,000 Basic + Transport Allowance/Reimbursement + Variable Bonus + Medical Benefits
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Electronics / Semiconductor

Main Responsibilities:

• Drive assigned product lines and develop sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with prospective customers.
• Prospect for new accounts while managing and growing existing customer relationships.
• Conduct market research and provide feedback on industry and market trends.
• Promote semiconductor and electronic component solutions to customers.
• Support price negotiations and resolve customer delivery-related issues.
• Work closely with customers' purchasing and design engineering teams.
• Perform other related sales responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electronics, Electrical & Electronic Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least one year of relevant electronics or semiconductor component sales experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of semiconductor components such as Memory, Logic and MOSFETs.
• Able to communicate effectively with purchasing and design engineering stakeholders.
• Class 3 driving license is preferred as the role involves customer visits and business travel.
