SALES ENGINEER TRAINEE PROGRAM

The Sales Engineer Trainee Program at PT Fajar Mas Murni is designed to develop young professionals into competent and high-performing Sales Engineers. Through comprehensive in-house training and hands-on field experience across various business units, participants will gain the technical knowledge, commercial skills, and customer-oriented mindset required to build a successful career in sales engineering.

The main functions of a Sales Engineer Trainee are to develop new business opportunities, build long-term customer relationships, provide technical support throughout the sales process, and support marketing activities to strengthen the company’s market presence.

Key Responsibility :

1. Develop new business opportunities and identify potential customers.
2. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
3. Provide pre-sales technical assistance and after-sales support.
4. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product or technical solutions.
5. Support sales and marketing activities, including exhibitions, conferences, and other industry events.
6. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Qualifications and Experience :

1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mining Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Physics Engineering, or other relevant engineering disciplines.
2. Maximum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with good planning, problem-solving, and target-oriented abilities.
4. Demonstrated leadership experience, resilience, determination, and dedication.
5. Willing to undergo the Sales Engineer Trainee Program, including training and hands-on field assignments.
6. Willing to be assigned to any location across Indonesia based on business requirements.
