Sales Engineer V

For our client, we are seeking a Sales Engineer V to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will combine technical problem-solving with customer-facing sales support, helping translate client needs into workable solutions. The position will partner closely with customers and internal stakeholders to move opportunities forward from early conversations through delivery. It will also require balancing project coordination, solution design, and cost awareness while maintaining strong relationships and clear communication.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $120,000+ annually

Responsibilities

• Negotiate sales opportunities
• Create basic piping layouts and gather project details
• Manage projects from initiation through delivery
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Identify technical or operational challenges and implement solutions
• Analyze customer needs to develop appropriate product designs
• Plan and track project expenditures

Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering or a related field
• 2–3 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
• Exposure to lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and 5S
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of OSHA and related safety regulations
