JOB DESCRIPTION
DESIGNATION/ TITLE Sales Engineer
REPORTING TO
LOCATION
Vice President/General Manager/Directors
Head Office
To drive business growth by identifying new business opportunities, providing
technical sales support, developing customer relationships, and promoting the
company's products and solutions while achieving sales targets and ensuring
customer satisfaction.
OBJECTIVE
Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with business
objectives.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
¢ Manage key customer accounts and maintain strong customer
relationships.
¢ Prepare and negotiate quotations, pricing, and commercial proposals.
¢ Coordinate with Production, Planning, Purchase, Quality, and Dispatch
for timely order execution.
¢ Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market
trends.
¢ Achieve sales targets and monitor business performance.
¢ Promote the company's products through customer visits, exhibitions,
and marketing activities.
KEY
RESPONSIBILITIES
¢ Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely closure.
¢ Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and marketing performance
reports.
¢ Support new product development and product launches.
¢ Guide and supervise the marketing team to achieve departmental goals.
¢ Visit and interact with customers on behalf of the company.
¢ Prepare and submit quotations within approved pricing guidelines.
¢ Recommend new customers, dealers, distributors, or business
opportunities.

Candidate with MBA in Marketing /Engineering diploma /degree will be

Rigid Packaging provider to Chemical, Petrochemical and Lubricants
Industry or other industrial product.

Local Language Marathi & Gujarati)
