Sales Engineer（BMS）

About the role

This role involves developing new customer relationships and maintaining existing ones, promoting BMS, HVAC, ELV, and PLC solutions. You will visit customers and conduct site inspections to understand their needs, prepare quotations and budget estimates, and manage tender document preparation. The position requires tracking project progress, providing pre-sales technical support, and maintaining effective communication with customers, consultants, and engineering teams while achieving company sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new customers and maintain existing customer relationships
• Promote BMS, HVAC, ELV, PLC and related solutions
• Visit customers and conduct site inspections to understand customer needs
• Prepare quotations, budget estimates and tender documents
• Track project progress and provide pre-sales technical support
• Maintain good communication with customers, consultants and engineering teams
• Achieve company sales targets
• Conduct field visits to customers and work on-site

About you

• Higher Diploma or above in Electronics Engineering, Automation Control, Electrical Engineering, or Business and Administration
• 2-3 years or above of maintenance engineering sales experience
• Familiar with BMS, HVAC, ELV, PLC and related products and solutions
• Experience in quotation, budget estimation and tender preparation
• Proactive, good communication skills and customer service awareness
• Able to work independently
• Good Cantonese and English proficiency
• Proficient in MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with AI applications is preferred
