Sales Engineering Manager

What you will be doing:

• Build up strong business relationship and develop sales opportunities with key customers and accounts
• Collaborate with management to establish the sales goals and budgets of the team
• Develop and implement the sales and account strategies in order to achieve the sales goals
• Lead account services team to work with customers in product development, and provide quality account services
• Oversees and monitor progress of each project from product development to mass production to ensure schedules, costs and quality are well controlled
• Liaise with customers and suppliers to ensure product design, quality, technical and functional requirements are properly fulfilled
• Lead the team together with driving the cross functions within the Group to handle customer’s enquiries, propose and present to them the total solutions, together with prepare quotations, proofs and samples, follow up customer's orders
• Perform ad hoc assignments by management

What you need for this position:

• Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering; Project Management; Business Management; or equivalent
• At least 5 years relevant project management, Sales / Account management, Account services experience in Manufacturing environment
• Experience in paper product /printing/ toys industry is an advantage
• Strong leadership with good project management, problem solving and analytical skills
• Good presentation, communication, interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
