Sales Engineer/Representative

We are looking for a Sales Engineer / Sales Representative to promote and sell our roofing products, develop new clients, and expand our market coverage. The role involves field sales, client and project visits, product presentations, and building strong relationships with contractors, dealers, developers, and other customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field sales and actively develop new customers and sales opportunities
• Promote and sell roofing products to contractors, dealers, developers, and other clients
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, product presentations, and technical discussions
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners
• Monitor customer orders, project requirements, and sales activities
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper customer and project support
• Achieve assigned sales targets and expand market coverage
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 1–3 years of sales experience; roofing or construction industry experience is an advantage
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Willing to conduct fieldwork and travel to client/project sites
• Proactive, target-driven, and customer-oriented
• Valid driver’s license is an advantage
• Willing to be assigned to different locations as required by the Company
