Sales Engineer/Sr. Sales Engineer (Electronics, PCB)

Cover all functions of Customer service, input order, scheduling, MRA, etc.

Coordinate with the manufacturing plant and customer for the schedule, Pull in, Push out, and other arrangements. - Meet sales, booking, and billing budget.

Prepare administrative and correspondence documents for the sales team.

Responsible for issuing a new order to plant when receiving P/O from the customer, and also following up.

Service customers on the delivery schedule and others.

Do the order booking Plan from the customer's forecast.

Assist the Sales team in following up on the post-sales service.

Feed back customer: Pull-in, Pull out, Postpone, Cancel, etc.

Provide a regular report for sales data to support the supervisor
