Enterprise Sales Manager | 1015 Years

1. Drive enterprise sales and revenue growth across Data & AI, Cloud, Digital Transformation, Platform Engineering, and Managed Services.
2. Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with enterprise clients and GCCs.
3. Build strong relationships with CXOs, CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and technology leaders.
4. Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation, closure, and handover.
5. Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
6. Sell IT Services / Digital Transformation solutions using a consultative and solution-selling approach.
7. Collaborate with pre-sales, architects, delivery, marketing, and leadership to create winning proposals and RFP/RFI responses.
8. Generate qualified leads through networking, industry events, referrals, and partner ecosystems.
9. Maintain a strong sales pipeline, forecasting, CRM hygiene, and account management practices.
10. Required: 10+ years of Enterprise IT/Technology Sales experience with a proven track record in achieving targets, navigating complex sales cycles, negotiating, and engaging at the executive level.
