Sales Estimator

Dry Effect helps homeowners after water, mold and fire damage, then rebuilds their homes. We’re rated 4.9★ on Google, and we’re hiring a Sales Estimator to meet homeowners, write the estimate and win the job.

What you’ll do:

• Go out to homes for mold, water-damage and rebuild visits, about 5 a day, booked by our office.
• Inspect, measure every room and photograph the damage.
• Write clear estimates in our CRM and in Xactimate, and send them the same day as the visit.
• Follow up with homeowners until the job is signed.
• Work insurance jobs with adjusters and TPAs.
• Hand signed work to our crews and subcontractors with a clear work order.
• Keep every visit, call and note in the CRM, so the office always knows where a job stands.

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years selling or estimating in restoration, remodeling, roofing or construction.
• Xactimate experience is a big plus; we’ll train the right person.
• You can read a house: drywall, flooring, trim, cabinets, framing.
• Comfortable talking with homeowners on what’s often a bad day, and closing the sale.
• Organized, quick to follow up, and good with a phone and an iPad.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
