Sales Excecutive

Full Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Logistics Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience in the freight forwarding and logistics industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, developing customer relationships, and promoting the company's logistics services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the logistics and freight forwarding industry.
• Promote air freight, sea freight, land freight, customs clearance, and other logistics services.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate freight rates, and finalize sales arrangements.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business development objectives.
• Follow up on sales leads, customer inquiries, and quotations.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare sales reports.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of proven experience in logistics sales or freight forwarding sales.
• Good knowledge of air, sea, and land freight services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads, acquire new customers, and achieve sales targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
