Sales Excellence Leader

The Sales Excellence Leader partners with operating company leadership to improve sales effectiveness across Origin Exterior Partners. This role provides coaching, training, and field support to sales teams while promoting consistent sales practices and sharing best practices across the organization.

This is a pivotal role and will work collaboratively with General Managers and Sales Managers to develop sales talent, improve customer experience, and support revenue growth. This position does not have any direct supervisory responsibility for local sales teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful sales leadership, sales training, or sales coaching experience
• Demonstrated ability to develop and coach high-performing sales professionals
• Experience supporting sales teams in a growing organization
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
• Ability to build relationships and influence without direct authority
• Willingness to travel regularly to operating company locations

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
