Sales Execuitve

Key responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day sales activities, including attending to sales enquiries, customer feedback, complaints and sales related issues, preparing and following up on quotations, tenders, and sales orders
• Communicate with customers and provide accurate information on the Company's products, pricing, availability, delivery, and other relevant matters
• Be familiar with the Company's products and possess sufficient product knowledge to provide customers with accurate information and basic product recommendations
• Develop and maintain effective business relationships with new and existing customers and provide good customer service
• Coordinate closely with the relevant departments to ensure smooth processing and delivery of customer orders
• Monitor outstanding payments, follow up on overdue accounts, and work closely with the Finance Department on collection matters where required
• Work closely with team members to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pending quotations, orders, and customer matters to the Superior and Management
• To carry out any additional responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Preferably 1–2 years of relevant working experience in sales
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin, with good verbal and written communication skills
• Good sales, negotiation, presentation, and follow-up skills
• Good product learning ability and willingness to develop knowledge of the Company's products and building material industry
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
