About Brand Nest-

Brand Nest is a growing digital agency helping businesses build a stronger online presence through Website Development, Branding, Local SEO, Google Business Profile, Social Media Management and Digital Growth Solutions. We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Executive who can identify potential business clients, communicate professionally with decision-makers and convert qualified prospects into clients.

What You'll Do Identify and research potential B2B clients.

Build a daily prospect list of relevant businesses.

Make outbound calls and communicate with business owners/decision-makers.

Understand the client's business and identify their digital requirements.

Explain Brand Nest's services and business benefits clearly.

Share relevant demos, packages and proposals.

Follow up with interested prospects systematically.

Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.

Coordinate with the founder/team for qualified leads and closing.

Maintain professional communication throughout the sales cycle.

Performance Expectations We are looking for consistent activity + quality conversations, not random calling.

You will be expected to maintain daily activity such as: 30–50 qualified prospects researched 25–40 genuine outreach/call attempts Follow-ups with existing prospects Proper lead qualification Daily sales report Targets may be adjusted based on lead quality, campaign and business requirements.

Fake calls, fake leads or false reporting will not be accepted.

Compensation Fixed Salary: ₹10,000/month Performance Incentive: 5% on eligible closed & paid deals, as per company policy. Higher performance can lead to increased responsibilities and earning opportunities.

Who We're Looking For You should:

Have good Hindi + basic professional English communication. Be comfortable speaking with business owners. Be confident on phone calls. Understand basic sales concepts. Be disciplined with follow-ups. Be comfortable working with daily targets. Be honest and accurate in reporting. Have a result-oriented mindset.

Freshers can apply if they have strong communication skills and are genuinely interested in sales. Experience in B2B sales, digital marketing, website sales, SaaS, advertising or agency sales will be an advantage.

This Role Is NOT For You If:

You are uncomfortable making outbound calls. You don't want daily targets.

You don't follow up with prospects.

You expect leads without doing prospecting.

You are not comfortable speaking to business owners.

You submit inaccurate/fake activity reports
