Sales Executive (B2B - Industrial & Plastic Packaging)

**Job Description:**Are you a motivated and energetic fresh graduate looking to kickstart your career in sales? We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be guided with comprehensive training to help you develop professional sales skills, build corporate networks, and achieve your financial goals.No prior corporate experience is required—we value your attitude, communication skills, and hunger for success above all else!

Responsibilities (Tanggungjawab Kerja):

• Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Present and pitch company products/services clearly to potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the management team.
• Provide excellent customer service by handling inquiries and resolving client issues promptly.

Requirements (Kelayakan):

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or any related field.
• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu (ability to speak Mandarin/other languages is an added advantage).
• Results-driven attitude with a high level of self-motivation and persistence.
• Possess own transportation (car/motorcycle) and willing to travel for client meetings if required.
