Sales Executive (B2B / Industrial)

**Job Description:**We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Sales Executive (B2B / Industrial) to join our Shah Alam branch. You will play a key role in growing our customer base and achieving sales targets in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow sales by servicing existing customers and developing new business opportunities in the Klang Valley.
• Identify, approach, and secure new customers to support long-term business growth.
• Achieve sales targets including revenue, margin, and market share objectives.
• Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions where needed to ensure targets are met.
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and meet customer requirements.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Chemistry, Marketing, Social Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in (preferably in related industry). Fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate well in Malay and English. Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage, as the role may involve supporting Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Own transport and willingness to travel extensively.
