MedMonarch AI eliminates appointment no-shows through automated upfront deposit collection, provides 24/7 AI-driven patient scheduling, and manages GDPR-compliant patient workflows.

To lead our nationwide and international clinic acquisition drive, we are seeking two ambitious, high-energy B2B SaaS Sales Executives.

COMPENSATION ARCHITECTURE & CAREER ROADMAP

This position is structured under a performance-backed growth framework. During our pre-launch rollout, compensation is strictly commission-based on direct closed sales, providing high immediate upside with zero earnings ceiling.

• Phase 1 (Pre-Launch Rollout): £0 Base Salary + Uncapped 20%–30% Direct Sales Commission paid on collected subscription revenue generated from your closed accounts.
• Phase 2 (Salaried Threshold): Upon Sovereign Arc Software Ltd crossing £200,000 in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) (~£16,600 MRR) across its platform ecosystem, the role automatically transitions into a full-time, salaried position at £27,500 Base Salary per annum (plus deal commissions and performance bonuses).
• Phase 3 (Scale-Up Progression): Structured career progression advancing to £40,000+ Base Salary (total OTE: £60,000 – £80,000+) as product lines expand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging live software demonstrations via video conference (Zoom/Google Meet) for prospective clinic owners, aesthetic practitioners, and practice managers.
• Pipeline Conversion: Follow up on qualified inbound leads generated by our marketing team, address software queries, overcome objections, and close recurring platform subscriptions.
• Outbound Prospecting: Identify and connect with high-value private medical clinics, cosmetic dentistry practices, and MedSpas across the UK.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate pipeline records, deal stages, and conversion tracking in the company CRM.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Target Profile: Ambitious sales talent, college/university graduates, or entry-level professionals seeking fast-track B2B sales experience.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills; comfortable and confident speaking directly with medical directors and business owners.
• Tech-Savvy: Fast learner able to quickly master MedMonarch AI’s feature set and software capabilities.

Pay: £27,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
