Collective.work is building an AI agent that automates recruiting workflows—from sourcing and screening to outreach and coordination. Our mission is simple: shift repetitive recruiting work from humans to software, so teams can hire faster and focus on decision-making, not operations.

We operate at the intersection of:

  • HR tech ($20B+ market)

  • AI agents

  • Workflow automation

Missions

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospect → demo → close

  • Sell to recruiters, talent leaders, and founders

  • Run product demos showcasing AI-driven recruiting workflows

  • Translate customer pain points into clear ROI (time saved, hires made)

  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities

  • Collaborate with product & growth teams to refine positioning

  • Contribute to early sales playbooks and messaging

Tools & Environment

  • B2B SaaS sales environment, ideally in HR tech, SaaS, or AI tools

  • Technical/AI-driven product demos

  • Pipeline management with a structured, data-driven approach

  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot (bonus)

Working Conditions

  • Location: Brussels (Hybrid)

  • Compensation: Base + commission + equity

  • Start: ASAP

Profile wanted


  1. 2–6 years in B2B SaaS sales (ideally HR tech, SaaS, or AI tools)
  2. Strong ability to sell value, not features
  3. Comfortable with technical/AI-driven products
  4. Experience running demos and closing deals independently
  5. Structured, data-driven approach to pipeline management
  6. High ownership mindset (you act like a founder)
  7. Bonus: Experience selling into HR / recruiting teams
  8. Bonus: Early-stage startup experience
  9. Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
