SALES EXECUTIVE

Role:

Drive awareness, adoption, enrollment and revenue generation .B2C product portfolio by engaging with associates working across client organizations throughout India. The role is responsible for outbound sales, customer engagement, product pitching, objection handling and deal closure through telephonic interactions.

This role directly contributes to product adoption, customer engagement and revenue growth by helping associates discover and subscribe to relevant products and services.

candidate should have calling exp 100 to 200 calls and talktime traget

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct high-volume outbound calls

Generate product awareness and drive customer engagement.

Generate referrals

Pitch low-ticket-size B2C products and services.

Close sales over phone calls and maximize conversion rates.

Cross-sell and upsell relevant products from the portfolio.

Handle objections related to pricing, fees, eligibility and value proposition.

Support app onboarding, registration and activation journeys.

Capture customer feedback and market insights.

Education & Experience

1 to 4 years of Inside Sales, Tele Sales or B2C Sales experience.

Graduate

Proven track record of selling and closing deals over phone calls.

Experience in target-driven and incentive-led environments.

Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English along with proficiency in at least one regional language

Strong persuasion, objection handling and negotiation skills.

Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily

Working days:-5 days

Location:- BangaloreLanguage:- English,Hindi,Kannada,or Tamil.

Interview round:- 1st virtual and 2nd F2F.
