Sales Executive (Bali based)

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• Identify and approach potential clients across Bali
• Sell advertising, sponsorship, event, activation, and partnership packages
• Conduct regular client visits, calls, presentations, and follow-ups
• Build relationships with brands, agencies, hotels, restaurants, and local businesses
• Actively network and attend relevant external events
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable commercial solutions
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations
• Manage assigned leads from prospecting through closing
• Achieve individual sales targets set by the Sales Manager
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Coordinate with internal teams to support project delivery
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines and submit regular activity reports

Kualifikasi

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, media, events, hospitality, or related industries
• Familiar with Bali’s business, tourism, hospitality, lifestyle, or entertainment market
• Comfortable with client outreach, presentations, negotiation, and follow-ups
• Proactive, target-driven, and willing to spend time in the field
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organised and disciplined in managing leads and sales administration
• Able to work independently with guidance from the Sales Manager
• Based in Bali or willing to work fully on-site in Bali
