Sales Executive [Basic + Commission!]

Location: Toa Payoh, Singapore
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
Salary: Basic S$2,500 – S$2,800 + Attractive Commission

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct sales presentations and understand customers’ requirements to recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and provide pre- and post-sales support.
• Make outbound calls to generate and qualify sales leads.
• Follow up on enquiries and develop new sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Support marketing campaigns, events, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Prepare sales and marketing materials, including social media and website content.
• Coordinate with vendors, printers, and agencies for marketing and event activities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and forecasts.
• Work towards assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Perform other sales and marketing duties as assigned by the Senior Business Development Manager or management.
