What we want you to do?

• Attend to customers and understand their needs in detail.
• Introduce and promote kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, and full-home customization products.
• Provide suitable design and customization solutions based on customer requirements.
• Independently handle customer follow-ups, quotations, negotiations, and order closing.
• Participate in exhibitions organized by the company, including welcoming customers and introducing products on-site.
• Develop new customers and expand sales channels.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and after-sales follow-ups.

What we need from you:

• Candidate must possess at least SPM / Diploma / Degree or equivalent in related field.
• · Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales / Sales Consultant roles.
• Experience in home furnishing, kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, interior design, or related industries is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Able to independently follow up with customers and effectively handle customer needs and enquiries.
• Target-oriented and able to achieve the sales targets set by the company.
• Willing to participate in exhibitions and related activities as arranged by the company.
• Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is an advantage.
• Willing to work 6 days per week
• Discipline, self-motivated and independent
• Computer literate
