Job Description

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to support company growth via cold or warm calls, client visit to identify and qualify potential clients

• Conduct presentations, negotiations and follow-ups with prospective and existing clients

• Understand clients' hiring needs and recommend suitable recruitment and staffing solutions and drive the sales process from initial contact through to successful conversion

• Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities and sales performance

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities and sales activities in the CRM system

• Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Team and coordinate with the recruitment team to support successful placements and fulfil client requirements

Requirements

• Relevant study in Business, Marketing, Human Resources or other relevant disciplines is advantageous

• No prior experience required as training will be provided

• Prior experience in sales, business development, recruitment or client management will be an advantage

• Comfortable to make cold calls and actively develop new business

• Comfortable working in a sales-driven and target-oriented environment

• Possess a CEI license will be an advantage
