Sales Executive Bio Process

Role & responsibilities

Drive sales of process-related biopharma consumables and reagents

• Identify and generate new business leads while maintaining relationships with existing clients

• Conduct product presentations and effectively communicate product value to customers

• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions in coordination with internal teams

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Scientific, Product Development, Purchase, Logistics, and Warehouse.

• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure

• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, client interactions, and sales progress

• Continuously update knowledge of product portfolio and industry trends

• Provide demand forecasts to support operational planning

• Assist in preparation of marketing materials and sales support documentation

• Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with clients

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong enthusiasm for sales and willingness to travel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
