Sales Executive / Business Development Manager

Korrect Homes is hiring a Sales Executive / Business Development Manager who loves selling, networking, prospecting, and closing deals.

You will receive company leads and must consistently generate your own. This role requires leadership, initiative, organisation, resilience, and accountability for monthly sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Source and qualify buyers and investors through calls, referrals, networking, events, and digital platforms.
• Follow up promptly and match properties to clients’ needs and budgets.
• Conduct presentations, meetings, and property inspections.
• Handle objections, negotiate approved terms, and support transaction completion.
• Build partnerships, encourage referrals, and maintain relationships after sales.
• Keep accurate CRM records and submit pipeline reports and forecasts.
• Represent properties honestly and uphold company values.

Requirements:

• Proven sales or business development experience; real estate experience is an advantage.
• Strong prospecting, communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Confidence making outbound calls and meeting new people.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, spreadsheets, and WhatsApp Business.
• Ability to meet targets with minimal supervision.
