Sales Executive (Cebu)

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients regularly to understand their requirements, provide product information, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Develop and maintain positive, long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Prepare accurate quotations and ensure timely follow-up with clients to support successful sales conversion.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries, concerns, and requests, coordinating with internal teams when necessary.
• Present and promote company products and services to existing and prospective clients.
• Negotiate with clients and follow through on sales opportunities until purchase orders are secured.
• Assist in monitoring customer accounts and following up on outstanding payments and collections when needed.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain competitiveness.
• Address customer concerns professionally and ensure issues are properly coordinated and resolved.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, quotations, orders, and daily sales activities.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates on customer accounts, opportunities, and sales performance.
• Consistently work toward achieving assigned monthly sales targets and business objectives.
• Ensure all client transactions and sales activities comply with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
