Sales Executive, Clinical Solutions

As Sales Executive, Clinical Solutions at Cascador/moveUP, you will drive the commercial growth of our clinical services and eCOA/eDiary platform. You will identify and win new clients across pharma, biotech, CROs and academic centers, working closely with our Operations, Clinical and Product teams to turn opportunities into long-term partnerships. You will be the commercial face of our clinical solutions, working closely with our Operations, Clinical and Product teams to translate customer needs into winning proposals.

Some of the tasks you will be responsible for:

• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing
• Coordinate RFP/RFI responses with internal subject-matter experts
• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with sponsors, key opinion leaders and partners
• Represent Cascador/moveUP at industry conferences and client meetings
• Monitor market trends and the competitive landscape to inform commercial strategy

Your profile:

We are looking for a driven, relationship-oriented sales professional with a consultative mindset and a genuine passion for digital health. You are a self-starter who can manage your own pipeline independently, and you thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced scale-up environment.

Ideally, you bring:

• A background in life sciences, business or a related field
• 3 to 10 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in a commercial role within clinical services, digital health or a related industry — strong clinical profiles looking to move into sales are also welcome
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (French and/or Dutch is a plus)
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and events
