Sales Executive

About the role Impresstech Engineering Sdn Bhd is looking for a talented and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Shah Alam - Subang Selangor. This is a full-time position that will play a key role in driving sales and supporting our customers with our specialised engineering solutions.

What you'll be doing

1. Actively prospecting for new business opportunities and managing a pipeline of sales leads
2. Engaging with potential customers to understand their requirements and propose tailored solutions
3. Preparing and presenting detailed technical proposals and quotes
4. Negotiating commercial terms and closing sales
5. Providing post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
6. Collaborating with the technical team to develop new products and services
7. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities

What we're looking for

1. Candidate who is able to speak in Mandarin fluently has added advantage as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
2. Minimum 2-5 years of sales experience in the engineering/industrial sector
3. Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply as well as training will be provided
4. Strong technical knowledge and understanding of specialised engineering products and solutions
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
6. Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify customer needs and provide the best solution
7. Highly motivated and driven, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
8. Strong negotiation and closing skills
9. Diploma in Sales Executives specializing in Sales
10. Able to start works ASAP (immediate vacancies)
