Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company's existing product portfolio.
• Identify and develop new customers in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and provide timely support.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and convert leads into business.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and dispatch teams for smooth order execution.
• Participate in exhibitions, customer meetings, and business development activities.
• Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities and competitors.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM/customer records.

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer relationship management abilities.
• Self-motivated with a passion for sales and business development.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience in pharmaceutical packaging, medical devices, or healthcare products will be an added advantage.
