What You’ll Do
- Build and grow relationships with existing and new customers
- Drive sales performance and achieve territory targets
- Stay on the road 4–5 days per week engaging customers
- Identify needs and deliver tailored product/service solutions
- Manage CRM updates, reporting, and sales activity plans
- Support continuous improvement across customer experience
What You Bring
- Sales experience in Hire, Logistics, Manufacturing, or Operations
- Proven track record managing territory sales and hitting targets
- Strong CRM and Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent communication and influencing ability
- Self-driven, solutions-focused, and team-oriented mindset
