• Handle billing support, order bookings, and customer inquiries.
• Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and merchandising of jewellery products.
• Conduct daily stock verification and assist in inventory management.
• Promote ongoing offers, festive collections, and loyalty programs.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Follow company policies related to security, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth store operations.
