About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to build strong customer relationships, drive sales growth, and develop your career in a supportive environment.

Training

Successful candidates will undergo a 2-month training programme at our Headquarters in Kulai before being assigned to the Masai branch.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Present products and services professionally to meet customers' needs.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Create basic picture and video content to support marketing and social media activities.
• Maintain accurate customer records and provide after-sales support where required.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Possess a valid driving license and own transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable creating picture and video content for social media.
• Confident presenting products and engaging with customers on camera.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic salary with a commission scheme.

📍 Lokasi Kerja: Masai, Johor

Kami sedang mencari Sales Person yang berpengalaman, bersemangat dan berminat untuk berkembang bersama Team Zolma!

📚 Latihan selama 2 bulan akan diberikan di HQ Kulai sebelum ditempatkan di cawangan Masai.

💰 Basic + High Commission

Potensi Pendapatan: RM3,000 – RM7,000+ sebulan

Kelayakan:

• Minimum 2 tahun pengalaman dalam bidang jualan
• Mempunyai kenderaan sendiri dan lesen memandu yang sah
• Mahir berkomunikasi serta yakin berurusan dengan pelanggan
• Boleh mengambil gambar & merakam video untuk media sosial
• Mempunyai camera presence yang baik
• Bertanggungjawab, proaktif dan berorientasikan sasaran (target-driven)
