Sales Executive

WHAT WE NEED

• Candidate must have a Bachelor's/College Degree in Sales, Engineering or other business-related courses
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of sales experience in building products or construction materials is required
• Exceptional sales and customer service skills
• Skilled at negotiation and problem solving
• Ideally holds a valid driver's license and is capable of operating both motorcycles and four-wheeled vehicles

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Formulate effective sales strategies and establish clear performance targets
• Perform on-site sales activities and client visits to drive revenue growth with both existing and potential customers.
• Produce qualified sales prospects and maintain client engagement through phone calls or face-to-face meetings following the initial outreach.
• Manage and address client queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare and compile proposals and quotations for clients
